Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels, following proper safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by disposing of debris and following OSHA guidelines.
- Perform basic site measurements, excavation, and earthwork as directed by supervisors.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
