Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical repairs in a clear manner.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (or equivalent experience in NM or FL).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional electrical work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
