Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Collaborate with project managers for seamless weekend shift scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid MA/NY license
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Familiarity with blueprints and plumbing schematics
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
