Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex leaks, clogs, and pipe failures efficiently.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national plumbing codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site.
- Assist in emergency call-outs during scheduled availability windows.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License for the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, and PEX piping systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
