Job Overview
As a Part-Time Electrician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients. We value reliability, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and any necessary adjustments.
- Document all work performed and submit accurate time sheets for part-time hours.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for travel across NC and FL.
