- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute complex electrical tasks accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and timely project completion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently using modern diagnostic tools.
- Document all work orders and materials used accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and wiring standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
