Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage client communication and project timelines effectively
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain service quality
- Perform emergency repairs on weekends and holidays
- Submit detailed service reports and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe rehabilitation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
