Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installations
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience with valid Michigan state license
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and confined spaces
