Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform water heater maintenance, replacements, and emergency repairs
- Install and repair pipes, drains, and sewage systems following local codes
- Provide clear estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend preventive solutions
- Represent the company professionally with clients and contractors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumber's License or Journeyman certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Proficient in trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and clean driving record required
