Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate estimates
- Perform emergency repairs during on-call rotations (weekends included)
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of tools and materials at job sites
- Document service reports and maintain customer communication records
- Collaborate with team leads on complex residential projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with Ohio journeyman license
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused communication style
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
