Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and water heater servicing
- Provide clear communication with customers about service needs and costs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes for Massachusetts
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service scheduling and dispatch
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Respond to emergency calls during assigned on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and proper hand/power tools
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts as needed
- Background check and clean driving record required
