Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Manage projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior electricians and coordinate with construction teams
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response time
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Strong diagnostic abilities with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
