Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Assist with emergency plumbing services on rotation
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required (comprehensive training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and confined spaces
