Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Lead apprentices and junior technicians on complex projects
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend assignments
- Document service reports and maintain client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Arizona plumbing license (or reciprocity for Texas roles)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with trenchless and pipe-lining technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater, HVAC, and fixture issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
