Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections using specialized equipment
- Provide accurate estimates and detailed work reports to homeowners and management
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and company service standards
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles for optimal efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience with valid California plumbing license
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of California plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility to work weekends and emergency on-call shifts
