Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform water heater maintenance, repairs, and replacements for residential clients
- Conduct pipe inspections using video camera technology to identify hidden issues
- Install and repair garbage disposals, dishwashers, and other plumbing appliances
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations (weekends as needed)
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Must pass background check and drug screening
