Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project specifications.
- Perform basic pipefitting and assist with soldering and threading under supervision.
- Transport equipment and materials to job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn is the primary qualification; prior plumbing experience is not required.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently when necessary.
