Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Accurately identify and resolve residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures to manufacturer specifications.
- Project Planning: Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to plan plumbing projects effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, explain technical issues clearly to clients, and offer accurate cost estimates.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Tools & Equipment: Maintain personal tools and ensure company equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Skills: Proficiency in using modern plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, and pipe-cutting machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
