Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance services
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, pipes, and fixtures
- Provide emergency plumbing services as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work environments
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience required
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Master/Journeyman)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must have reliable transportation and tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
