Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service calls and job scheduling
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management for assigned vehicles
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication throughout service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for residential and commercial systems
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
- Proficient with pipefitting tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
