Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install plumbing fixtures and appliances in new constructions
- Perform emergency leak detection and water damage mitigation
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide maintenance recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Denver building codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting/carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
