Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe repairs, and fixture installations.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently and provide accurate estimates to customers.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local Indianapolis building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and explaining technical details clearly.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, reporting shortages or damages promptly.

Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
