Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and Massachusetts state electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain organized job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License required
- 5+ years of progressive electrical experience with proven portfolio
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
