Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs including leak detection, fixture installation, and drain cleaning.
- Respond to customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical issues in simple terms.
- Utilize hand and power tools to diagnose and fix plumbing issues efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized after every repair to maintain high safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to prioritize and manage daily service calls effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade and grow within the company.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
