Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Learn to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems under supervision.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret electrical plans and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Site Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Electrical Connections: Perform basic wiring, terminal connections, and fixture installations.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Entry Level (No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Skills: Basic math skills, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
