Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future breakdowns.
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to local building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and company vehicles.
- Document all work orders accurately and efficiently using our digital job management system.
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License (Apprentice license considered with significant experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in the Detroit area.
- Strong knowledge of local Michigan plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
