Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide clear explanations of work to be performed.
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment efficiently.
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized after every job.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
