- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and answer questions regarding plumbing services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and toolbelt to ensure efficiency on the job.
- Respond to emergency calls during off-hours as part of the on-call rotation (if applicable).
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates who have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
