Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
- Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan projects effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Arizona.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing, with a focus on part-time availability.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
