Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure full compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventive maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain detailed service reports
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate emergency and scheduled services
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (or reciprocity-eligible)
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture installation
- OSHA 10 certification and knowledge of local building codes
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/afternoons
