Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations/repairs
- Perform diagnostic evaluations of plumbing systems using industry tools
- Install/replace fixtures, pipes, and water heaters following safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout service operations
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand service needs
- Complete accurate service documentation and inventory management
- Participate in ongoing skills development training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn through hands-on training
- Customer service-oriented communication style
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
