Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future problems
- Collaborate with team members on renovation and new construction projects
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear communication to homeowners about service needs and solutions
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and service vehicles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to complete company-provided plumbing certification program
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- No experience required – training provided for motivated candidates
