Responsibilities
- Perform Basic Repairs: Assist senior technicians with leak detection, fixture installations, and basic pipe repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to clients, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Tools & Maintenance: Properly handle, clean, and organize plumbing tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, ensuring safety zones, and following all regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and report material needs to the foreman.
Qualifications
- Age & License: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces or various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: Strong willingness to learn, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
