Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixture repairs)
- Install/repair water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes (CA State License required)
- Provide accurate estimates and maintain service logs
- Collaborate with team leads for complex troubleshooting
- Service emergency calls on rotational weekends
Qualifications
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License (C-36)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/sewer systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Reliable transportation with tools/equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
