- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure system safety and functionality.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations during every job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and explaining technical details in plain English.
- Document all work orders and update the company database accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
