Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install plumbing components for new constructions and renovation projects
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and pipe inspection services
- Provide emergency plumbing support during after-hours and weekends as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory for tools/materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or apprentice certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of plumbing software for scheduling and invoicing
