Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, including leaks, clogs, and pipe repairs.
- Installation: Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters and garbage disposals.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous, and transparent communication with residential clients.
- Tools & Safety: Utilize hand and power tools correctly and adhere to all safety protocols and local codes.
- Documentation: Accurately complete work orders and provide cost estimates for services rendered.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with dispatchers and other field technicians to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Michigan Plumber's License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding local plumbing codes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Tools: Own basic set of professional plumbing tools (company vehicle and tools provided for work).
