Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, repair, or replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding project scopes and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all local safety codes.
- Manage tool inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber's License required for the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the physical stamina required for the job.
