Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing work
- Operate and maintain hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and project specifications with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist in material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document daily progress and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
