Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead crews and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients/contractors
- Prepare detailed reports for project documentation and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for low/high voltage systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
