Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, masonry, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and material management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals on complex projects
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications
