Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, site prep, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, levels, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and project specifications with precision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings for project needs
- Own basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife)
