Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning services
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional appearance
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles with company-provided equipment
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid California C-36 license
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, water heater installation, and backflow prevention
- Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and plumbing software
- Strong problem-solving abilities for emergency and complex scenarios
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
