Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Ensure compliance with Boston plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing solutions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License (Class I or II)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and valid MA driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
