Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Learn to read blueprints, understand plumbing schematics, and measure materials accurately.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, bending, and soldering tasks under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service support.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and crawl spaces.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- No prior plumbing experience necessary; we train the right candidates!
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
