Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proven track record of reliability and excellent workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
