Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation and trenching.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain job progress and answer questions.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a strong drive to master plumbing skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Communication: Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
