Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems according to local codes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residential and commercial clients, explaining technical issues in simple terms.
- Tools and Equipment: Properly use, maintain, and clean all plumbing tools and equipment.
- Site Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Travel: Travel to various job sites within the Phoenix metro area as required.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; willing to train the right candidate.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
