Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer camera inspections
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skill assessments
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in emergency plumbing calls as needed
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship hours
- Background check and drug screen required
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (will provide toolkit)
