Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn pipe fitting, drain clearing, and fixture installation techniques
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Use hand/power tools under supervision
- Document work progress and inventory materials
- Participate in ongoing technical training sessions
- Provide basic customer support and communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
